LESS GUESSWORK / MORE CONTEXT

A rate is a starting point.
The terms tell the story.

Monthly source reviews are the baseline. Selected changing or promotional pages get a weekly watch. Every record keeps its checked date, next review and source. Missing prices stay missing.

Industry perspectives ↗

Better comparisons start here.

Is the lowest posted rate the cheapest loan?+

Not necessarily. Points, credit, leverage, fees, term and prepayment conditions can change the full cost. Compare itemized written quotes over the same holding period.

Are these live quotes?+

No. These are dated observations of official pages. A source check is not a rate lock, lender endorsement or confirmation that you qualify.

Why are some rates missing?+

The reviewed source did not publish a usable numerical rate. Quote-required products stay missing rather than receiving an estimated offer.

Can I rank interest rates, APRs and factors together?+

No. These use different cost definitions. A factor gives scheduled repayment dollars; APR includes certain fees and timing assumptions. Definitions stay visible in every comparison.

Your program comparison.

Interest and historical APR have different definitions. This table preserves each basis and date; it does not rank the cheapest eligible loan.
